How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email orders@ccidom.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/purchase order. All returns must have proof of purchase.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned.  Customized products, private label and products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. You must contact CCI for approval prior to making a return.

Upon approval of the return, we will issue you credit to be used on future purchases.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. You are also responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be done at the discretion of management, but you still will have to pay shipping costs to return the item.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

Free Shipping over $100, Hazmat Fees & Taxes do not apply.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are also available upon request.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, dimensions, destination and delivery method. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
